VEO role/permission for: starting/stopping recordings#968

Currently, everyone with a Veo account and the Veo Camera app can connect to the camera.

I want to limit it to only some persons who can start/stop the recording.

Saying member “John” is in team “A” and “B”.
I want to limit that John only ca start/stop record for team B.

This would also mean that you have to indicate the team to which teams that recording should be related. So that only people from that team can stop the recording.

IT SHOULD BE AS EAZY AS GIVING PERMISSION JUST LIKE EDITING PERMISSION TO BE ABLE TO START AND STOP CAMERA NUMEROUS TIMES SOME ELSE SHUT OFF CAMERA WHEN THEY WERE USING THEIR CAMERA AND I ALSO DID IT MYSELF UNKNOWING I NOW CHANGED THE NAME TO MAKE IT EASYER TO IDENTIFY
